Roofing underlayment is a thin water-resistant membrane that is installed directly onto your roof deck to help prevent roof leakages. The roof underlay goes directly on the decking material used such as the OSB boards. There are three types of roof underlayment:
- Synthetic Roof Underlayment
- Rubber-based underlayment
- Asphalt Underlayment

Armourbase Eco Roof Underlayment
The Armourbase ECO Roof Underlayment is a light weight, economical, UV Resistant, synthetic roof underlayment made from polyester and reinforced with fiberglass. It is the leading brand among the Synthetic roof underlayments. It is self-locking which makes it completely water-resistant.
The Armourbase ECO Roof Underlayment comes in rolls of 50m and can be installed on roofs with a pitch of between 9.5° and 20°. It has 10cm lines on the rolls for easier overlapping. It is also non-skid making roof walkability and installation safe.
Roofing underlayment provides your roof with an extra layer of protection that stone coated roofing tiles or roofing shingles alone can’t match.
